The attorneys of Jarrard & Davis have represented literally scores of government entities throughout Georgia as either general counsel, special counsel, or as retained insurance counsel. Currently, Jarrard & Davis serves as general counsel for Forsyth County, Barrow County, Cherokee County, Cherokee County Airport Authority, Lumpkin County Water and Sewer Authority, and the City of Milton. Our attorneys serve as Special Assistant Attorneys General in various areas representing the State of Georgia. The firm also provides insurance defense representation to counties throughout the State as retained counsel by the Association of County Commissioners of Georgia, Travelers Insurance Company and Trident Insurance Services.
